Three distinct renderings

Works, supports and finishes

Type Matter Presentations
Fine Art print Hahnemühle German Etching paper 310 g, matte and textured. Without frame or classic frame, depending on the destination.
Printed canvas Canvas canvas 400 g. Rolled, stretched on a 38 mm chassis or with floating frame.
Oil painting Hand painted interpretation to order. Delivered rolled, without frame or frame.
Is the image of the work cropped?

The configurator preserves the complete composition and its ratio, without deformation. The proposed dimensions are calculated from the original proportions.

What is the difference between canvas and oil paint?

The canvas is a 400 g canvas print. The oil painting is carried out manually to order by a specialized partner workshop.

Will an oil painting look strictly the same as the picture?

It takes up the chosen work, but remains a manual creation. Slight variations in gesture, texture or nuance are part of his character.

Are the colors displayed on the screen accurate?

The preview helps to compare, but each screen, ambient light and chosen material influence the perception of the final result.

Formats and frames

What sizes are available?

The list is calculated for each work, its ratio, the medium chosen and the country of delivery. Only the actually available combinations appear.

What classic frame colors are offered?

Depending on the configuration: black, white, natural wood, brown, antique gold, antique silver, dark gray or light gray. The framed Fine Art uses acrylic glazing and has no mat.

What colors of floating canvas frames are offered?

Depending on the configuration: black, white, natural wood, brown, antique gold or antique silver.

What edges are offered for a stretched canvas?

The configurator can offer mirror, image, black or white vocals. The visible choices for your combination are authentic.

How do I choose a suitable size for my wall?

Measure the area, keep space around the work and reproduce its dimensions with masking tape. Consider exterior clutter if you add a frame.

What sizes are offered for oil paint?

The long side can measure 60, 70, 80, 100, 120, 140, 160, 180 or 200 cm. An option is hidden if the proportional short side becomes less than 20 cm.

Before payment

Order, availability and price

How to order a work?

Choose the work, then the type of creation, presentation, size and country. The configurator updates the combinations and the total before final address verification.

Why does a finish disappear when I change countries?

Formats, frames, colors and production routes are not identical for all destinations. An option is hidden when no exact route is available.

Is delivery included in the price?

When the configurator displays "delivery included", standard delivery is included in the total corresponding to the selected country and configuration. The summary before payment is authentic.

How are taxes and possible import duties managed?

They depend on the destination and local rules. Payment indicates the amounts collected by the store. If these fees may influence your decision, contact us before ordering.

Can I change a configuration after payment?

Contact us immediately. We will check the stage reached, but a modification cannot be guaranteed after the start of manufacturing.

Two deadlines to distinguish

Manufacturing, shipping and tracking

How long does manufacturing take?

As an indication: 1 to 4 working days for a Fine Art print; 2 to 5 working days for a canvas, with up to 7 days for certain complex finishes; approximately 14 days for a handmade oil painting.

Is oil paint delivered in five days?

No. Approximately five days' estimate is for FedEx routing only after completion and shipping. It first takes about 14 days of manual labor.

In which countries do you deliver?

The configurator currently manages 150 destinations. The country selector is the reference: a continuous command only if the exact configuration is available for the entered address.

Where is my print or canvas produced?

The integrated partner network can produce in the UK, Netherlands, USA, Canada or Australia. The intended country depends on the configuration and destination.

How do I track my package?

When a tracking number accompanies shipping, use the link provided in the shipping notice. If there is no persistent update, contact us with the order number.

After reception

Damage, return and maintenance

What to do if the work or package is damaged?

Keep the work and all packaging. Photograph the entire package, label, protections and any damage, then contact us with the order number.

Can I return a work directly?

No: Ask for instructions first. The address and procedure may depend on the product and partner. Your mandatory rights remain unchanged.

How do I maintain my work?

Avoid persistent humidity, heat sources and direct sunlight. Handle Fine Art from the edges with clean hands and never apply product directly to the work.

Are the canvas or rolled oil ready to hang?

No. They must be stretched on a frame or framed after receipt, preferably by a professional.
