From the choice of the work to its arrival

Manufacturing, delivery and tracking

Each order follows two distinct periods: the manufacturing of your configuration, then its delivery. Available lead times, options and routes depend on support, finish, format and country.

From choice to reception

Four steps before arriving home

The chosen medium determines the manufacturing method, control and packaging. The planned country of production and lead times are then calculated for your configuration and destination.

Explanatory illustration. Simplified process: actual production is entrusted to the partner adapted to the support, format, finish and country of delivery.

Why deadlines differ

Each presentation follows appropriate manufacturing and packaging

Fine ArtThe print is produced on Hahnemühle German Etching 310 g paper, then packaged according to whether ordered alone or framed.
Rolled canvasPaper or canvas without a frame requires packaging that protects the surface during transport.
Framed workFrame and frame assembly adds operations before packaging and can lengthen manufacturing.
Handmade oilManual fulfillment takes approximately 14 days before FedEx shipping estimated at approximately five days.

Manufacturing times are added to transport. Tracking becomes available after the package has actually been delivered to the carrier.

Your order in four stages

From setup to shipping

1

Configuration

You choose the work, support, presentation, size and country of delivery.

2

Verification

The configurator recalculates availability and total for the exact combination selected.

3

Manufacturing

The order is entrusted to the partner adapted to the product, format and destination.

4

Shipping

The work is packaged according to its presentation, then given to the carrier for delivery.

Manufacturing then transport

Indicative deadlines by type of work

Type Indicative manufacturing Routing
Fine Art Print Typically 1-4 business days. Transportation time depends on destination and begins after manufacturing.
Printed canvas Typically 2-5 business days; some complex finishes may take up to 7 days. Transportation time depends on destination and begins after manufacturing.
Handmade oil painting Approximately 14 days of completion. Approximately 5 days by FedEx after shipment, for the proposed destinations.

To remember: these durations are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Complexity, busy periods, quality controls, destination or an event affecting transportation may vary.

Specialized partners

Where is your work prepared?

Fine Art and canvas

Production is entrusted to the partner network adapted to the configuration. The countries currently integrated are the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada and Australia.

Oil painting

It follows a separate circuit: a specialized partner workshop paints it by hand to order, then ships it rolled without a frame or frame.

Expected country displayed

The configurator can indicate the planned country of production depending on the medium, format, finish and destination. This indication remains a routing estimate, not an immutable promise.

Up to 150 destinations managed

Availability, price and delivery

The country filters the options

When you change countries, the configurator updates the formats, frames, colors and production routes actually available.

The total is recalculated

When "delivery included" is displayed, standard delivery is included in the total shown for that configuration and destination.

Address confirms route

Full address helps check the ability to route the exact configuration before accessing payment.

Taxes and possible import duties depend on the country and local rules. The summary presented before payment is authentic for the amounts collected by the store.

Once the package has been delivered to the carrier

Packaging and tracking

Suitable packaging

A rolled work travels in protective packaging. The stretched or framed versions use rigid packaging adapted to their finish.
