From work to payment
The six steps of your order
Choose the work
Browse the catalog or Bible collection, then open the file for the image you want to configure.
Select the rendering
Choose between Fine Art print, printed canvas and handmade oil painting, depending on the visible options.
Define the presentation
Depending on the rendering: frameless, classic frame, rolled, stretched canvas, floating frame or rolled oil canvas.
Choose the size
The proposed dimensions retain the full proportions of the work, without automatic stretching or cropping.
Confirm the country
The configurator recalculates the choices, total and country of production planned for the selected destination.
Check address and pay
Full address confirms available route. You then go to Shopify payment to complete the order.

Why do the options change?
Ratio of the work
Each image retains its full proportions. Dimensions are calculated based on its orientation and ratio.
Support and finishing
Not all sizes can be made with every frame, edge or presentation.
Delivery country
Production and transportation routes vary; the change of country can therefore add or remove choices.
An option that does not appear is not available for the current combination. The choices displayed in the configurator are the reference.
Country, price and address
How is the total calculated?
- The country can be pre-selected, but you can change it in the configurator.
- After a change, the formats, finishes, prices and available routes are updated.
- When "delivery included" is displayed, standard delivery is included in the total corresponding to this configuration.
- Taxes and possible duties depend on the destination and local rules.
- The full address is used to confirm that the exact configuration can be routed before payment.

The deadline depends on the result: Fine Art, canvas or handmade oil painting.
Work's shipped
It is packaged according to its presentation, then given to the carrier.
Follow-up is communicated
When a number is available, use the shipping notice link to track the package.

Need clarification?
Can I change countries after starting setup?
Yes. Choose the correct destination and let the configurator refresh the options and total before continuing.
Why does a size or frame disappear after a change?
The possibilities depend on the destination, ratio, support, format and finish. A hidden option is not available for the current combination.
Does the oil paint come ready to hang?
No. It is delivered rolled, without frame or frame, and must then be stretched or framed.
What should I do if I'm hesitating between two sizes?
Measure the available area, reproduce the dimensions on the wall and consult it size and Frame Guide. You can also write to us before ordering.
