Timing by format
Production and shipping are separate stages. Add both to estimate your artwork’s arrival. These times are estimates.
Oil paintings
Allow an average of 14 days to produce an oil painting. Timing may vary with the artwork, dimensions and requested adjustments.
After dispatch, allow approximately 5 days for international FedEx delivery. This is an estimate and depends on the destination and local formalities.
Yes. Photographs of your oil painting are sent to you for approval before dispatch.
Digital formats
Digital files require no physical production or shipping: no canvas or frame is delivered. No shipping charge applies to this option.
File specifications and access arrangements are those listed on the product page. If you cannot find access information after ordering, contact us with your order number.
Fine Art prints
Production usually takes 1 to 4 working days, followed by shipping. Packaging depends on whether the print is ordered alone or framed.

Production comes before shipping: both durations must be added. Indicative examples for standard shipping, depending on the production location.

These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Some canvases or complex finishes can take up to 7 days to produce. Timing varies with the product, production facility, shipping service, public holidays and customs clearance. Other countries in the Americas and shipments from a different region require a separate estimate.

Production
Your artwork is prepared by the workshop suited to its material, format and destination. Any expected production country shown remains an estimate.
Checking and protection
The appearance and finish are checked. Packaging is adapted to your artwork, whether rolled, stretched or framed.
Dispatch
Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the tracking link lets you follow its progress when a tracking number is available.

Delivery charges
When “shipping included” is displayed, standard shipping is included for your selected configuration and destination. Check the amounts collected by the store in the summary before payment.
Find your tracking
Use the tracking link provided with the dispatch notification. The first updates may appear after the carrier has taken charge of the parcel. Keep your order number.
A question about your parcel?
My tracking has not updated
If tracking remains unchanged after collection, contact us with your order number and tracking link.
I need to change my address
Contact us immediately. A change may no longer be possible after production has started or the parcel has been dispatched.
Tracking says delivered, but I cannot find my parcel
Check the address and delivery area, then ask anyone who may have received it. Contact us with the tracking information if you still cannot find it.
My artwork or parcel is damaged
Keep the artwork and all packaging. Photograph the parcel, label, protective materials and damage, then contact us before returning anything.
